Really Good Cheese

It's called Pecorino Fresco Verde Busti. It's a sheep's milk cheese. SO SO GOOD.

I got this three days ago at Whole Foods and I put in my purse while I was at the checkout. My grocery bag was too small to fill all my groceries. Sitting out at room temperature for all those days made it absolutely ready to eat when I saw it at the bottom of my bag this evening. I ate with slices of apples and a couple of olives. Perfect meal. Oh, and a Guinness Stout Cupcake. SO SO GOOD.

Long time

Way too long since I have posted. The time flies, I tell you. Super-sonic fast. Went to more estate sales, scored a great Karastan rug for the living room, my daughter got into a good choice school for jr. high and high school, and I celebrated a birthday.

The air is warming, baseball and softball season begins, pollen allergies take over, and buds are sprouting everywhere. I've starting the Spring cleaning.

New beginnings are everywhere.
