Back in June I started to drink raw green veggie drinks most mornings, mainly from the vegetables our family gets from our CSA, Jubilee Farm.  Although, this past summer was lame and there wasn't a great bounty of crops, the farm always had greens of some kind.  I also used parsley and mint from my own yard.  The drinks were good when I added one piece of fruit to the mix of veggies. I feel so much better for it.   My Vita-Mix played a starring role. I highly recommend this blender.
